CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy — Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note: the automated number sending confirmation reminders is not my direct line. Late Cancellation — Appointments canceled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled time will require a 50% fee of the scheduled service before rebooking. No Call / No Show — No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be eligible to rebook. Pricing — All services are premium, fixed-price experiences. Pricing reflects the time, product, and expertise required and is not based on bowls of color. There are no per-bowl or surprise add-on charges. Pricing may only change if the service booked changes significantly. Late Arrival — If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to stay on time for following appointments. Inclement Weather — If severe weather makes travel unsafe, please contact me as soon as possible. There is no fee for weather-related cancellations. Guest Policy — To maintain a calm, focused, and elevated experience, appointments are one guest only unless previously discussed. Please be sure to complete your required intake forms prior to your visit so I can properly prepare and reserve the correct amount of time. Appointments are confirmed once forms are completed.
